Yoga the soul excercise

One of the most prevalent issues of being a high schooler is dealing with loads of stress. Rather than resorting to unhealthy methods of recouping such as eating 24/7 (I need to work on this!) a better alternative for lazy souls like mine would be to do yoga. Yoga is NOT lazy people work but it sure beats having to find your one pair of athletic shoes and waiting for the perfect day so you can go outside and run and come home all sore so you decide to stop working out the next few days and lose any potential benefits you may have gotten out of your one time workout. XD Yoga helps us achieve psychological relaxation which is a change in relaxation in the neurological level. Yoga has been shown to increase GABA in the rain and improve mood, behavior and mindfullness. Yoga relieves stress and reduces muscle tension.
